Second Hand Book Sale 2017
The Second hand book sale takes place in the first week of December in the Edmond Barton room. All books sold are current editions and part of the current school curriculum.
You or your son can bring in books you would like to sell with the completed form. The Books sell at approximately 55% of the new price. The SGSWA keeps 25% of the sale total to donate back to the school. Proceeds from the sale of your books will be deposited into your bank account.

2. Complete name, tutor and bank account details.
3. Bring form and books to sell to the Edmond Barton Room

Collection of second hand text books dates:
From 8.00am to 1.pm on Friday 1 December, Monday 4 December, and Tuesday 5 December.
No workbooks will be accepted.

General Secondhand Book Sale Wednesday 6 December 2017 from 7.30am
The Secondhand Book Sale will be held in the Edmond Barton room from 7.30am to 1.pm or until sold out. This is an opportunity for you to purchase books for your son's 2018 form. The book sale is very popular and it's a good idea to get in early to avoid missing out.
Form V (boys going into Form VI) Booksale Friday 15 September 2017 from 8am
Form V boys can purchase second hand books for Form VI on the last day of term 3. The Form V booksale will be held in the Grammar shop from 8am.
Form IV (boys going into Form V) Booksale Friday 1 December 2017 from 8am
Form IV boys will be on camp the week of the Booksale. Therefore they can purchase books for Form V on Friday 1 December in the HB1 Room.
Text books that are not sold on the day or are no longer part of the school curriculum are donated. The left over text books from 2016 have gone to Samoa, with a charity called ‘Soho’. A special thank you to Fiona Wright for organising this each year.
