Sydney Grammar School Women’s Association (SGSWA) – Join Our CommunityWe warmly invite you to join the Sydney Grammar School Women’s Association (SGSWA).
Becoming a member is a wonderful way to connect with other Grammar families, stay informed about upcoming events, and get involved in school life in ways that suit your time and interests.
Membership is free – and open to all mothers, guardians, and friends of the School community.
At the heart of the SGSWA is a shared commitment to building connection, supporting our boys, and celebrating the vibrant life of Sydney Grammar. While we’re proud to assist with the School Canteen and Uniform Shop, our activities go far beyond these important roles.
In 2026, we’re excited to host a number of events, including:
  • A Mother’s Day Breakfast at The Fields in Rose Bay on Thursday, 7 May 2026
  • A Beginner Mahjong Series in Term 1, plus a Mahjong Club for those ready to build on their skills
We also help coordinate a range of community events throughout the year, such as:
  • Year group social evenings for parents
  • Trivia nights (Dads versus Mums!)
  • Our much-loved Annual Literary Lunch
  • Parent-led information sessions and panel discussions
We look forward to welcoming you to the SGSWA and hope your son enjoys a rich and rewarding journey at Sydney Grammar School—this year and in all the years ahead.

Notes About Membership of the SGSWA

  • Membership is open to all mothers/carers/guardians who currently have boys at the College St.
  • No membership fee
